This Privacy Policy explains how AICreativa (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to https://aicreativa.mk (the “Site”).
We respect your privacy and operate in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of North Macedonia (Official Gazette No. 42/20) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you provide voluntarily
- Contact form — name, email address and message content when you write to us.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Server logs — IP address, browser type, operating system, access time and pages visited. Generated by the hosting server and used for security and technical diagnostics.
- Cookies — small text files stored in your browser. See section 5.
- Analytics — Google Analytics collects anonymised traffic data.
3. Important: our music tools run entirely in your browser
This is a core characteristic of our free tools (SR Keys, SR-303, Mastering Analyzer, SR Rhythm Sequencer and others).
All audio files you load into the tools are processed exclusively on your own device. They are never uploaded to our server, never stored by us, and we have no access to them whatsoever. Processing happens through the Web Audio API locally in your browser. When you close the page, the data is gone.
The same applies to projects, presets and settings you create in the tools — these are stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not accessible to us.

5. Cookies
The Site uses:
- Essential cookies — required for core WordPress functionality and the Wordfence security plugin. No consent required.
- Performance cookies — LiteSpeed Cache, for faster page loading.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics for anonymous traffic statistics. Set only with your consent.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Some functionality may not work correctly if essential cookies are disabled.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
Data may be accessible to:
- Hosting provider — zemi.mk stores everything on the server, including logs.
- Analytics service — Google Analytics if active.
- Embedded content — articles may contain embedded players (YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp). These services collect data according to their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.
Some of these services are located outside North Macedonia. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards under GDPR apply.
7. How long we keep data
- Contact form messages — up to 2 years
- Comments and their metadata — indefinitely, until you request deletion
- Server logs — typically 30 days
- Newsletter subscription — until you unsubscribe
8. Your rights
Under Macedonian law and the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restriction of processing
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time

9. Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS), the Wordfence security plugin, regular system updates and restricted administrative access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is one hundred percent secure.
10. Children
The Site is not intended for persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
This Policy may be updated. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
