1. Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to AICreativa.mk (the “Site”), operated by Samoil Radinski, based in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Site, reading its content, or using any of the free browser-based music production tools we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

For clarity, the following terms are used throughout this document:

  • “Site Content” — all articles, blog posts, tutorials, essays, images, graphics, illustrations, layouts, design elements, logos, branding and written material published on AICreativa.mk.
  • “Tools” — the free browser-based music production applications hosted on the Site, including but not limited to SR Keys Chord & Scale Explorer, SR-303 Acid Bassline Synthesizer, SR Rhythm Sequencer, SR Chord Generator, Mastering Analyzer and SR OPTIK.
  • “Plugin” — the AICreativa Music Player WordPress plugin and any other software we distribute under an open-source licence.
  • “Output” — any audio file, MIDI file, WAV export, preset, pattern, project or musical material you create using the Tools.
  • “User” or “you” — any person accessing or using the Site.

3. Intellectual Property

Different parts of this Site are covered by different rights. Please read this section carefully, as the terms are not the same for all material.

3.1 Site Content — All Rights Reserved

All Site Content is the intellectual property of Samoil Radinski / AICreativa and is protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of North Macedonia and by international copyright treaties.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • copy, reproduce, republish or mirror any article, tutorial or written material, in whole or in substantial part;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically download Site Content by automated means;
  • reproduce our logo, branding, visual identity or design elements;
  • republish our material on another website, blog, publication or social media account as if it were your own;
  • use Site Content to train machine learning or AI models without written permission;
  • remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice or attribution.

You may, without asking permission:

  • read, share and link to our articles;
  • quote short excerpts (up to approximately 100 words) for the purposes of commentary, criticism, review or news reporting, provided you clearly attribute the source and include a link back to the original article;
  • print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

If you would like to republish, translate or syndicate an article in full, please contact us — we are generally open to it when properly credited.

3.2 The Tools — Free to Use, Not Free to Redistribute

The Tools are provided free of charge for you to use. The underlying source code, design, interface, sound engine, presets and implementation remain our intellectual property.

You may:

  • use the Tools freely, for personal or commercial music production;
  • use them as often as you like, without registration, subscription or payment;
  • link to a Tool’s page and recommend it to others.

You may not:

  • copy, download, decompile, reverse-engineer or extract the source code of a Tool for redistribution;
  • rehost, mirror, embed or republish a Tool on another website or platform;
  • rebrand a Tool, remove our attribution, or present it as your own work;
  • sell, sublicense or commercially distribute a Tool or any derivative of it;
  • bundle a Tool into a commercial product, course or software package.

If you are interested in licensing a Tool, embedding it on your site, or collaborating, please get in touch.

3.3 The Plugin — Open Source (GPL v2 or later)

This section is deliberately different from the two above.

The AICreativa Music Player WordPress plugin is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPL v2+) — the licence required for all plugins hosted in the official WordPress.org repository.

Under that licence you are expressly permitted to:

  • use the Plugin on any number of websites, personal or commercial;
  • study the source code and modify it however you wish;
  • distribute copies, modified or unmodified;
  • create and distribute derivative works, provided they are also released under GPL v2 or later.

The restrictions in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 do not apply to the Plugin’s source code. The GPL takes precedence, and nothing in these Terms limits the freedoms it grants you.

Please note, however, that the name “AICreativa Music Player”, the AICreativa name and our logo and branding are not covered by the GPL. If you distribute a modified version of the Plugin, you must rename it and remove our branding.

The full licence text is available at: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html

4. Your Music Is Yours

This point matters to us, so we want to state it plainly.

Any Output you create using our Tools belongs entirely to you.

We claim no ownership, no copyright, no royalties, no publishing share and no credit over any music, MIDI file, audio export, bassline, chord progression, drum pattern or arrangement you produce using the Tools. You are free to release it commercially, license it, register it with a collecting society, or do anything else you wish with it.

You are not required to credit AICreativa in your releases — though if you found the Tools useful, a mention is always appreciated.

As explained in our Privacy Policy, audio you load into the Tools is processed entirely within your own browser and is never uploaded to our servers. We never receive, see, store or have any access to your material.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • use the Site or Tools for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, its database or any connected system;
  • introduce malware, viruses or any malicious code;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or impair the operation of the Site;
  • use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • upload material into the Tools which you do not have the legal right to use;
  • impersonate us, or misrepresent your affiliation with AICreativa or Logos Recordings.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to any user who breaches these Terms.

6. Comments and User Submissions

If commenting is enabled and you post a comment on the Site:

  • you retain ownership of what you write, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site;
  • you confirm that your comment is your own work and does not infringe anyone else’s rights;
  • you agree not to post spam, advertising, abusive or unlawful content;
  • we reserve the right to edit, delete or refuse to publish any comment, at our discretion and without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the Tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While we take care to build the Tools properly and test them thoroughly, we do not warrant that:

  • the Site or Tools will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of defects;
  • they will be compatible with every browser, device or operating system;
  • the results, analysis or measurements they produce will be free from inaccuracies;
  • any file, export or project saved locally in your browser will be preserved or recoverable.

Please back up your work. Presets, patterns and projects created in the Tools are stored only in your own browser’s local storage. Clearing your browser data, switching devices or using private browsing mode will remove them permanently, and we have no way of recovering them for you.

Measurements produced by analysis tools (including LUFS, true peak, LRA and spectral readings in the Mastering Analyzer) are provided for guidance and reference. They should not be treated as a substitute for professional mastering, calibrated monitoring or certified measurement equipment when accuracy is critical.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of projects, loss of profits, lost recordings, missed deadlines or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Tools — whether based in contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

9. External Links and Third-Party Services

The Site contains links to external websites and may embed third-party content, including audio and video players from services such as YouTube, SoundCloud and Bandcamp.

We do not control these external sites and services, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or their privacy and security practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that party’s own terms and policies.

10. Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material published on this Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at [contact@aicreativa.mk] with:

  • a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
  • the URL where the material appears on our Site;
  • your contact details;
  • a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

We will investigate and respond promptly, removing or amending material where a complaint is well-founded.

11. Availability and Changes to the Site

We may modify, suspend, update or discontinue any part of the Site or any Tool at any time, without prior notice. Tools may be revised, redesigned or withdrawn as they evolve. We are not obliged to maintain any particular Tool, feature or piece of content indefinitely.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
